What is an In-Person Session?
An In-Person session is a one-on-one personal deep meditation/ qhht session held in person in a safe, encouraging environment for mental health and spiritual growth.
Online/Remote Session via Zoom: $234
What is a Remote Session?
A Remote Session is the same session as in-person except it is done online through a free face-to-face video call with Zoom. This service is completely free and is compatible with the device of your choice; phone, computer or iPad. You do not need an account or the app to have a remote session – I will send you an email link!

| I provide a quiet, safe, calming atmosphere. There are no distractions in this comfortable home office where sessions are conducted. |
| After a session is booked the client will receive the address to my quaint bungalow home where I am blessed to work out of. |
| Each client receives a selenite crystal. “Selenite is a calming stone that instils deep peace and is excellent for meditation or spiritual work. It assists judgement and insight. It clears confusion and aids in seeing the deeper picture.” |
| The client is provided with southern hospitality from this northern Italian girl, me! 🙂 |
| *Recorded with an Olympus digital voice recorder. |
| *In-Person sessions are typically 2-5 hours |
| The full charge of $289 is paid on the day of the scheduled session. |
| ~ A $50 holding fee is required prior to session date and will be put towards the total price on the day of the session. The $50 holding fee will be kept as a cancelation fee if the session is not canceled before 48 hrs of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled but is rescheduled upon cancelation, the $50 remains a holding fee and will be put towards the total price on the day of the session. |
| *PayPal/Venmo or mailed checks are accepted as payment for the session. ~ mailed checks must be received with the total price prior to the scheduled session date. (the $50 holding fee does not apply if mailing a check prior to the session date) *Cash/check is accepted day of session – cash is accepted *Ask about Zelle & Cash App as a payment option. |
*In-Person sessions please note: If you have severe pet allergies, please reframe from having an in-person session. You may prefer to book an online session via Zoom or bring your own allergy medicine. Although NO animals are present during the time of a session, I do work out of my home & I have a small dog and an outdoor cat. *I am not responsible for any allergy symptoms and advise you to do what is best for yourself ~ Thank you

| The client is able to stay in their home where they are familiar and comfortable with their surroundings. |
| The client can stay in their pajamas if they want to! Although comfy clothes, or pajamas, are definitely encouraged for in-person sessions as well! 🙂 |
| Clients are encouraged to hold their own crystals if they have them but it is NOT necessary to have a powerful and successful session. |
| This option costs less since the client must provide their own peaceful, distraction free environment and crystals of their liking — if wanted. *Remote Sessions are typically between 2-3 hours |
| *Recorded with an Olympus digital voice recorder through our Zoom connection. Quality of the recording depends on the audio offered by your device used for the Zoom face call. *most regular devices translate audio with no problem and playback is clear. |
| The client will receive an email with a link to start the online session at the scheduled time of the session. *The zoom link may ask you to download the Zoom app depending on your device. You can always delete the app once session is completed. |

| Once the session is complete, the client is provided with a recording of their own deep meditation session that will be easily accessible through email via WeTransfer. |
| ~ The client also receives an additional deep meditation recording I created to cleanse and align chakras for balance and support to continue to learn the practice of deep meditation on their own time. |
| These recordings are available once session is complete and will be automatically transferred by email as a downloadable link to the WeTransfer website/app. |
| ~ The client has the option to download their recorded deep meditation session to their computer or their phone through the WeTransfer app which makes listening to your recorded session a breeze. |
| ~ A $50 holding fee is required for either in-person or remote sessions and will be put towards the total price of either session option selected.
